"The Punisher" star (and husband of actress Patricia Arquette) Thomas Jane was arrested this morning for suspicion of DUI. Jane, whose real name is Thomas Elliot, was busted in Kern County, California in his Maserati by California Highway Patrol officers on I-5 after they determined he was speeding at "an extremely high rate". The actor failed all the field sobriety tests and the breathalyzer administered by the officers. The actor also was driving on a suspended license.The 39-year old actor (who just had a birthday on February 22) is due back in court for his arraignment, set for April 9th, 2008. Thomas Jane is married to actress Patricia Arquette, and has been since summer 2006.
