Lindsay Lohan Out Of Rehab; Vows Never To Create Another MySpace Page

La Lohan is out of rehab after a 45 day stay and she is wearing an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet device as a part of her post-rehab plan. Last week, Lohan's personal intimate e-mails to Samantha Ronson were leaked out onto the internet. This week, it is being reported that Lohan's PC was hacked into and naked pictures of her taken by her ex BF Calum Best may be surfacing soon as a result.




Now, the MySpace page Lindsay allegedly used to write the steamy e-mails to Ronson with has been updated by La Lohan herself as follows:




"I DONT HAVE A MYSPACE! my old one was deleted, and im not making another. EVER. "

In related news, Samantha Ronson (sister of DJ Mark Ronson, who currently has a music video on VH1 "Stop Me" ft. Daniel Merriweather) is suing blogger Perez Hilton (real name: Mario Lavandeira) for $20 million dollars for his slanderous accusations about her (and the infamous Lohan Memorial Day cocaine car crash in which Ronson was a passenger) on his blog.

WORST NEWS OF THE WEEK IN REVIEW: May 20th-27th, 2007

Lindsay Lohan crashed her black, 2 passenger 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible in Beverly Hills Saturday May 26, 2007 at approximately 5:30am. She reportedly sustained chest injuries and was taken to the hospital. Two others, including DJ/singer Samantha Ronson and a young male identified by inside sources as Nick LoPiccolo, were said to be in the vehicle with Lindsay at the time of the accident. Beverly Hills Police "arrested" Lohan and served her with a citation for suspicion of DUI at Century City Medical Plaza.


NBC News obtained footage from Splash News Agency of Lohan running away from the scene of her totaled vehicle after crashing it into a curb in between a tree and a tall row of bushes. The actress was shown fleeing the scene into a nearby home and moments later being whisked away in an acquaintance's vehicle, which reportedly took her to Century City Hospital. The footage also documented Lohan's bodyguard Jaz quickly removing Lohan's black Mercedes convertible from the crash scene to the front of Lohan's condominium. The video footage was aired on NBC's Sunday Today Show; the latter part of the footage was aired on ABC's Good Morning America Sunday Weekend Edition, both aired on May 27, 2007.


Police officials reportedly found a substance preliminarily identified as "a useable amount of cocaine" in the vehicle.


Officers responded to the scene via a witness' emergency call to 911; by the time they arrived a reported 3 minutes after the 911 call, Lohan had been taken away from the scene and to the hospital by another vehicle (possibly driven by acquaintances). Lohan's bodyguard, Jaz, had allegedly driven the car away from the scene to the front of Lohan's condo a few blocks away, where it was located and impounded by officials responding to the 911 call.
Lindsay Lohan's court date for this matter is set for August 24, 2007.

Onlookers Recall The Moments That Led Up To La Lohan's DUI Crash Shocker!

According to onlookers Lindsay and her friend Samantha Ronson (DJ/ singer of "Built This Way" featured in the film "Mean Girls") were fighting all night. It had started at Les Deux where La Lohan partied earlier in the evening, then up to the private after party she attended.

Onlookers said Lindsay Lohan was visibly upset as she left the party and got out of the chauffeur-driven SUV on the way back to her house."The SUV pulled into a side street and Lindsay just jumped out," one eyewitness said."She was shouting ‘Fuck you guys!’ and seemed in a real inebriated state. She started running down the street with the driver following her."Then a male friend in another car followed her as well and picked her up."Lohan and her pals then headed for the five-star Mondrian Hotel on Sunset Strip, where the actress tried to book a room for the night. A source at the Mondrian Hotel said: "She was standing at the reception desk practically begging for a room." The staff told her they were fully booked for the night but she was kicking up a real fuss - and said she would pay any price for a suite."They told her they were full over and over again, so she asked them to try and book her a room at another hotel before running into the bathroom and leaving."

Lohan and her friends then headed back to her apartment block and went inside.Moments later the actress’s DJ friend Samantha Ronson emerged from the building, with Lohan apparently trying to stop her leaving.Ronson left Lohan`s condo really pissed off and started walking. Lindsay and a friend got into her car and went after her.

An onlooker said: "Lindsay drove her Mercedes out of the front gate, drove over to Samantha and told her to get in the car, but Samantha said "no".

Lindsay then noticed that she was being filmed by paparazzi. After some yelling and such, Samantha got into the car. They pulled out fast, then crashed.


The Black Mercedes is a 2 seater car that contained 3 people in it at the time of the accident.
