The petite Jersey Shore star reportedly put two Italian police officers in the hospital when she crashed into their patrol car while driving around Florence, Italy on Sunday. Snooki was joined by cast mate and BFF Deena Nicole Cortese, who recently had her own scandal in Italy when she nearly fell off a bridge.
Despite earlier reports, Snooki was not arrested after the incident but she was taken into custody for questioning. The young celeb may face charges for the accident but drugs and alcohol are not believed to have played a role in the crash.
Snooki crashed into the police car which had been assigned to escort her and the rest of the MTV crew as they drove around Florence. The crash was described as a “low speed impact” but a male and female police officer were seen being taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
This isn’t the first time that Snooki has had trouble with the law – the pint-sized star was infamously arrested for public drunkenness in July. The star had been filming with the MTV cameras for the third season of Jersey Shore in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. Check out photos of Snooki’s Jersey arrest below.
